You’ll receive a detailed performance enhancement regiment for your mind and your body.
This program enables you to gain more confidence and control over your motor functions and autonomic nervous system.
Getting your mind and body to relax is a key goal we’ll achieve. We’ll strengthen your lower legs and upper body and core through a broader range of motion and take the pressure off of the areas of distress.
You will be able to restore your strength to weakened areas with a greater amount of restorative sleep.
Alleviating all medications from you is my personal goal and I will teach you to integrate a holistic approach to health.
Your regiment can be 2, 3, or 4 training days out of the week, whichever you choose, and you will have me present online via zoom, skype, or google meets.
Your Personal booklet included will teach you new ways of gaining muscle and energy. And it will have open areas that we will fill in together as we go along. You’ll be able to track your progress.
It will also help you understand your ailments better and how the stress and emotions affect your brain-body connection.
Every session will be up to 2 hours. We begin your session with a Q&A on how you’re feeling, and we’ll set your intention for the day.
Every day the overall goal is to grow in strength, flexibility, mobility, and alleviate your pain & release your stress. Then enhance your mental mood and deepen your breathing.
Here Is An Example Of A Session
Step 1: is a Q&A with you. Where we will fit your personal goals to the days overall goals. Ex. Overcoming a problem or certain mental challenge or cycle of thoughts. 10 min
Step 2: we’ll have a brief affirmation meditation & goal visualization session prior to beginning. You always envision the feeling of a successful ending before you begin. 10 min
Step 3: we will do a bio-geometry activation for your enhanced energy healing. Min for this portion. 5 min
Step 4: you will have a brief physical warmup to increase your heart rate and then we’ll do a full stretch prior to your training. 15 min
Step 5: we will focus on the workout basics for the day. Focus and tempo will take priority over everything else, I estimate 45-60 min.
Step 6: this will be your cool down period where we will go over your weekly training plan together. We will decide from a pool of exercises what to keep or substitute in or out of your current plan. This should only take 10 min.
After 4-6 weeks or less you’ll have developed a new training and lifestyle approach.
You will be delivered more value than you’ve ever gotten from your sessions in the past.
You will work your mind just as much as you work your body, and my purpose is to help you speed up muscle building and recovery healing.
You have major input in this regiment by constantly communicating with me what needs to be addressed.
We will be persistent and consistent so changes and adjustments will be made if necessary.
The mind gym is always more important than your body gym & we’ll train both
