My name is Fidelis Anoka II and I am the creator of The Vibrational Chakra Training Method. I created the method while coaching men's college basketball at the University of Wisconsin Superior and strength and conditioning coaching multiple athletes and coaches in all sports on our campus. I perfected it as I trained myself for professional basketball and my athletes and coaching staff. I realized the energy flow gave off a sound from your body when harmonized making the most important aspect of training getting into a high vibration while training your mind and body to harmonize and grow your strength and flexibility to new heights!
